Please note that we do not provide returns or refunds for unopened and non-faulty food supplements due to health protection and hygiene reasons. However, if you receive a damaged or faulty product, please contact us within 3 days of the delivery date to resolve the issue. Follow the steps below for a resolution:

Provide Evidence:
Include photos of the damaged or faulty product, as well as the packaging, to help us process your claim.

Resolution Options:
Based on the issue, we will either:

Offer a refund, if replacement is not possible.

Replace the faulty product


Please note that we are unable to process returns or refunds for opened or unsealed products unless they are proven to be defective.

*EU customers : unused physical items can be returned within 14 days .  Customer cover all shipping expenses.
